The Language Circles programme was started by the Language Department of Institute of Teacher Education Sultan Abdul Halim Campus, under the Head of Department, Dr Norhayu Norany, and supported by the Director, Dr Haji Ridzuan Bin Ahmad. Language Circles are platforms for the learning of new languages. In these student-led circles, students choose their own languages and take charge of their own learning in terms of frequency of engagement, mode and content. This Language Circle Exhibition and Cultural Showcase gives opportunities to students to interact with native speakers of the languages involved.
